Construction of 2 no. 4 bedroom detached 2500 sq. ft. dwellings with detached 4 bay garage block and all external works and landscaping.

External finishes including natural Cotswold stone facings, timber windows and doors and re-constructed stone roof tiles laid in diminishing courses.
